Incredibly professional. The booking experience was very smooth, and the driver was very kind, courteous, and had the patience of a saint. We had a very last-minute booking for a wedding that was only scheduled a few days in advance - when nearly every other service I called had no availability, Avenue Chauffeured Transportation came through, and not only arrived early, but waited well after the scheduled pick up time for the couple to be ready and was incredibly courteous about being made to wait. If you need transportation for any kind of special event, this is the service to use.

Best car service ever!!!!!!! They handled a VVIP for us that had many last minute changes and challenges on our end, and they were absolutely on point. Immaculate new fleet of vehicles along with a staff that is second to none and pays very attention to detail. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend this company. On time, great service and communication! I needed an executive bus for 17 VIPs and found Avenue Chauffeured Transportation on-line. I can't say enough about the excellent service! I spoke to John to book my reservation. The bus was on-time, for several stops throughout the day. The driver, Quincy, was very easy to contact during the day and always arrived on-time, exactly where he was supposed to. He also had a cooler with ice and water for us and helped clean it up after the passengers got off the bus. The website needs to be updated to make it more user-friendly. Rather than searching by event type, I wanted to search my vehicle type, then number of passengers. Thank you John & Quincy!

My husband and I booked Avenue Chauffeured Transportation for our wedding. Valerie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was communicative and made things stress free for us. Valerie shared all of our logistics with all of the drivers. The drivers were on time, friendly, and allowed us to have a great time! Don't go with any other transportation company. We used Avenue Chauffeured Transportation this weekend to take my daughter and her date to the prom and they had an awesome experience. The customer service when placing the reservation was top notch and I was reassured that the driver assigned for the night would be readily available to them for the entire period of the service. John called the day of service to confirm the details and provide me with the driver's name and number. Their driver was Elizabeth and the teens said that she was super nice. She was prompt for pickup and drop-off. She also assured me and my husband that the teens would be in good hands with her. The car was brand new and the teens really loved that too. Thank you Avenue Chauffeured Transportation for your professional and superb service for our babies. I would certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them for transportation!
