On time, great service and communication! I needed an executive bus for 17 VIPs and found Avenue Chauffeured Transportation on-line. I can't say enough about the excellent service! I spoke to John to book my reservation. The bus was on-time, for several stops throughout the day. The driver, Quincy, was very easy to contact during the day and always arrived on-time, exactly where he was supposed to. He also had a cooler with ice and water for us and helped clean it up after the passengers got off the bus. The website needs to be updated to make it more user-friendly. Rather than searching by event type, I wanted to search my vehicle type, then number of passengers. Thank you John & Quincy!

We always use Avenue. Great service! Reasonably priced. Well worth using a car service to the airport or downtown to avoid parking. Avenue is the best!

We rented a Hummer limo for my birthday party and it exceeded our expectations! The limo was great, looked new and clean, had awesome lights, great stereo with Bluetooth, hardwood floors. Driver Larry was awesome and really a nice guy. This company is the best limo company in Charlotte. Thanks for an awesome night! Highly recommend Avenue!
