Today is my anniversary I really battled with posting a review but I did attempt to rectify this in person and was unsuccessful. The ladies working today were not rude at all but it its important to understand that when working in customer careespecially beauty services people want to leave feeling better than they came in. That is how you stay in the game. I got the basic pedicure which includes a sugar scrub, a mask, a lotion massage. I got French with gel polish and had them remove my old french gel polish. There was no massage, there was no mask, and the sugar scrub was not rinsed off. Just rubbed off with a wet towel. At checkout I am reading the listed services as the young lady was ringing me up and I inquired which pedicure did I get because I didnt receive the services I am being charged for. Well another lady attempted to explain to me that the prices were correct but the menu was wrong and needed to be updated. The things I didnt receive they simply do not do anymore. We had small respectful dialogue and I just let it go. In addition to this I couldnt receive my receipt in hand but was offered to come to the back of the counter to take a picture of the screen? Once i got home and took my socks off I was horrified. You see the lady asked me how my french looked on the right foot and i guess just slapped the polish on the left foot and cured it. I saw it was a bit uneven but upon further inspection this is piss poor work. There is also sugar scrub caked up on the back of my feet. I usually do my own nails- hands and feet. But being that its my anniversary and I had errands to knock out, it would have been nice to have been fully pampered. I came against my better judgementits been years since I have been in a mall salon- I mentioned that to the lady doing my nails. The previous owners to this location used to do a phenomenal job and if there was an issue they handled it. I gave it a try for nostalgia reasons and the reviews were good. This is a job that given the opportunity, you should take pride. This work was not worth $75 + tip. If you are looking for even basic servicesI would recommend trying else where.

I recommend that you do not go to this nail salon, I got a full set with gel polish my nails at chunky and are lifting on the sides

I was glad that after having a fill in, the nail technician was able to go back and do a cleanup. My nails are exactly high want them I would recommend this place to anyone.
