I bought the 25ft flag pole 23 years ago from Conder Flag Company. It is still serving me well. During Christmas I make it into a tall Christmas tree.

USA Flags are only guaranteed for 14 days. My flag is 24 days old and both corners have started to unravel. The craftsmanship on this US made product is very inferior and sadly, very disappointing. I will no longer be purchasing any flags from your company. A 10 year customer. Since my previous one star review I met with the Conder Flags owner and showed him the problems I had with my USA flag fraying in each of the opposing corners. He said he would review the 14 day return policy for damaged flags. He replaced my flag with a different company supplier and so I have revised my review and will continue as a satisfied customer.
