Fantastic Yoga studio tucked in the quaint town of Mount Holly. I was pleasantly surprised at the ambiance of the studio and the yogi knowledge of the instructor. Far exceeded my expectations and look forward to being a student of this hidden gem!

multiple classes and styles of yoga offered every day for all levels(I had not ever formally worked put or participated in any type of yoga prior to this place)!!!!. AMAZING $20.00 TWO WEEK PASS..this place offers the most classes and has most flexibility out of them all. Whether youre looking to get into better shape or, maybe you're going through a hard time searching for inner peace and strength OTY is the place to get it!! Even if your life it totally perfect and 100%balanced, I'm sure a class at oty would make it all that much better. 4sure..The instructors really make you feel so welcome and comfortable and take your experience into consideration during the class. I've been going through so much in my life that has put me in a miserable state of being and after only 2 classes I already feel so much lighter, so much happier and I am starting to feel like myself again. EVERY ONE SHOULD AT LEAST TRY THIS..ITS $20.00 BUCKS AND NO STRINGS..I SWEAR IM NOT A PROMOTER FOR THIS CO. NOR DO I KNOW ANY ONE FROM OTY. It really has just been that amazing of an experience! Thank yoU OTY for making me feel like I can get my happiness and hope back...amazing what 2 hours can do for months of stress and anxiety!!! EVEN BETTER IF 20BUCKS IS TOO MUCH OR 2 WEEKS IS TOO MUCH OF A COMMITMENT THEY EVEN OFFER DONATION BASED CLASSES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK I THINK ITS LIKE 5 OR 8BUCKS. Yoga in Mt.Holly?! Yup, and good people running the studio with care and love, just recently moved up to main street, check out the new studio.

Love this studio! If you are new to yoga or you've been practicing for years, Rachael and her staff will make you feel at home.

I love this place! The teachers and the owner are amazing! They are offering online and outside classes.
