We hired TapSnap for our Pumpkin Charity Ball and the experience was amazing. The owners, Jill and Amy, were on site the morning of our event to ensure the set-up and connectivity was working. Later in the day, Shamilia and Krystal, finished setting up the cameras and worked the event. Our guests were thrilled with the photos and being able to take home a special keepsake from our event. I learned about TapSnap while attending several events around Charlotte and thought it would be a fun activity for a team event I was planning. Working with the local TapSnap team to plan our event was fun and easy. I was able to customize our green screen backgrounds and brand each of the photos with our company logo. The guests at my event loved this activity as it gave each of them a souvenir of their trip to Charlotte, while also giving me a library of fun photos of my colleagues who were visiting from around the world. I would highly recommend TapSnap for any event!

Fantastic addition to your Event! We have used TapSnap Charlotte numerous times now including community festivals and our annual meeting. The staff are professional, on time, friendly, engaging and the final product (gift) is much appreciated by the attendees! We used TapSnap for a 15 Year Anniversary Party, and it was the hit of the party. Great experience all around. When first considering it, Jill asked me to come to the showroom for a demonstration, which was the perfect idea. That way, I became familiar with all that TapSnap could do - tons of green screens and digital props. She had already inserted our company logo and tag line into the machine so that when she took my picture, I could see how our guests photos would look. Krystal and Shamila, TapSnap employees, were at our party the whole time so I didn't have to worry about operating the machine at the party. Great experience!! Would highly recommend!

We used TapSnap Charlotte during our annual Funding Symposium and our experience with them was fantastic. Their fee's were reasonable, they were always on top of things and their setup and tear down, was flawless. Very professional and very fun. Our group loved having them at our event and all seemed to have some fun with it! Highly recommend and we will definitely be using their company at future NEFA events.
