The choir was great, the band was also. The dancers were great also. I've waited over 40 years to go to this. We were always too poor to go when I was younger and I always wanted to take my Mom, but life kept that from happening. So my Wife and I attended the big tree event today Dec 11 @4pm. We left after the 1st intermission. It's just not what I thought it would be. Most songs sounded like I made them up and very few traditional songs. It just wasn't for me. I take nothing away from those who performed. I do take exception to those who chose the music. Maybe I waited too long to attend. I waited so long to see this and I hate I left in the middle of the performance. I will still attend the performing arts. I'll just choose A Christmas Carol next year.

We have attended the singing Christmas Tree for kids every year since our son was born. Its one of our holiday traditions. The shows, the puppets, dancers, singers, props and all the singers of the tree amaEua each year. My favorite years were when Caroline Keller sang - my two faves are her grown up Christmas list and the year she did I want a hippopotamus for Christmas! The two women who ended this years show were great -

A great choral singing organization. Best know for producing the oldest annual Singing Christmas Tree on the country. Also has a fantastic A Capella singing group called Impromptu, that can be booked for gigs of all sizes.

This isn't a "place". It's a performing arts (choral) organization. I have been a member for 38 years
