Let me share the good and the not so good: We contracted with Morning Glory for our granddaughter's wedding. Morning Glory is a beautiful venue, if you're looking for an outdoor venue. Our first impression was great. We were impressed with both the venue property and the owner's involvement in the process.....but just a word of caution: unfortunately we had to cancel the wedding. We cancelled within the time requirements dictated by the rental contract and exactly according to the written notification requirements of the contract, which stated that we forfeit the deposit and would owe nothing further. We followed the cancellation requirements to the letter and received acknowledgement of the same. THEN: approximately 6 weeks before the wedding was to occur we received an invoice from Morning Glory advising us that the full balance and the security deposit were both due. I contacted Morning Glory immediately, and they advised me that this was an "administrative mishap" and sent me a corrected invoice showing no further payment due. I would just caution future prospective clients to make sure that such an "administrative mishap" doesn't occur for you.
Absolutely breathtaking venue! It rained on our big day, but it didn't even matter because everywhere you look there is beauty on this farm! Nan & Maggie are such a pleasure to work with, as they are so sweet and accommodating. They truly make sure you have a fairytale day!
Very beautiful views, lots of peaceful spaces and fresh air. The parking spaces are difficult for persons with disabilities and there are not accommodations for handicapped. Unfortunate!
I shot a wedding here a few weeks ago for my first time. Such an amazing beautiful place for a wedding and event!!
Morning Glory Farm is a great venue. Nan and her family are top notch. They are very responsive to emails and a joy to work with. Hands down-- great venue.
