Updated 7/4/2018 They now have nice leather recliners totally remodeled theaters. The popcorn is still great. You also get to pick your seats. It's best if you reserve your seat online or go the day before the movie to purchase tickets. The matinee hours are until 4p.m.

Normally I love seeing movies at the Grand Cinemas at Ayresley. Today was the exception. I went to see the last matinee and sat in n seat E7. Apparently the person before me had a lovely time filling the drink holder with barbecue sauce. In the dimness of the theater, I placed my drink in the holder. When I lifted the drink, my entire white linen outfit was splattered with barbecue sauce. As soon as the movie was over I went directly to me of the cleaning crew. He barely acknowledged that I was speaking to him and made no attempt to clean up the mess. I went to the lobby to try to speak with the manager. None of the management team was available. I'm left with a dry-cleaning bill, a possibly ruined outfit and a strong feeling that I will not be a return customer.

Love this movie theater!! Hard to find a non-reserved seat theater anymore. Always clean. Greats seats and speakers. My only suggestion would be some customer service training, because the staff hasn't been the friendliest lately.

Great ticket and concession prices -- about half the price of the South Park theater. Convenient location, with plenty of restaurant options near by. Also, good movie quality and audio. Liked it better though before they added reclining seats and reserved seating.

I haven't been to this location in over a year or so and the new leather recliner seats are great. I'm military and usually get my tickets at discount, but the person didn't give me a discount on the ticket I purchased for my spouse standing right next to me (I had ID in hand). Since when did only one ticket get the discount?
