Food was good but took a very long time to come out. We were told 13 people for our booth when we put deposit down but then told 10 at the door. We paid $1250 for our booth and still had to pay an additional $100 per extra person and it was a free entry night. That doesnt sit right with me. If I didnt have people with me from out of town, I would have went somewhere else. Vibe and drinks were good but I just dont like being lied to.

Mariah is the BEST of the best!!! She made me feel so welcome and taken care of my first time at cloud and has gone above and beyond for me ever since! I come to cloud specifically to see my girl because I know shes always going to provide the best service and make sure my friends and I have a great time. Cloud is lucky to have her

One of my favorite spots to go Im there like 3 times a week my favorite bar tender London. All I do is walk up to bar she know what I want without asking shes one of coolest people Ive ever met and shes gorgeous. One of my favorite night is $100 bottles on Wednesdays u cant lose

Great place for music, food & drinks before 9-10pm. After that time the crowd starts to come in and its pretty tight! Seating room only at the bar and the few tables/sections are reserved at night time. Pros: Security at the door, polite & friendly. The bartender London was friendly, attentive the entire time and gave us recommendations. Womens bathroom lighting & mirror are great! But could use a few cosmetic updates. Food was delicious! We went strictly for food and we were very satisfied! The honey sriracha wings were fried to perfection - a good blend of sweet, tangy & spicy! They were covered in sauce not just drizzled over the wings. The fries were battered and a good amount to share between 2 people. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were also great! They were full of steak with great flavor. Theyre served with sweet & sour sauce on the plate which adds even more flavor. The only thing is if youre a cheese lover like myself, you can barely taste the cheese. So a little more wouldnt hurt but of course Im sure anyone would take more steak over cheese any day! They were also popping popcorn when we about to head out, no idea if it was for everyone but it smelled great! LOL & if it was for everyone, great idea for a group thats just out for drinks! Popcorn is definitely a good little snack to have! Cons: Parking is a hassle. Not a lot of seating, people standing over you trying to order drinks while youre eating at the bar. Automatic 20% gratuity with no mention of it before hand. (Unless I overlooked it on the menu) I hate that places have to do this, but its understandable if people are not tipping the staff as they should. London was great though so we didnt mind it & also left more. Overall a good experience!

Whenever I attend this spot its the Bartender London that always makes my experience good. She attentive and nice which are great traits to have as a bartender!!! Will definitely be going back!!
