This place is probably the best bang for buck a lounge! The drinks are okay but they always have specials, so theres a balance. Ive been here twice and the service for a lounge is amazingnice girls The food is good, decent portions. A person thats from New Jersey and parties in New York City. The music is versatile and fire.

One of the bartenders was so nasty and rude ! Me and my friends came in and was told to sit at the bar because All of the tables were reserved. When we were trying to order at bar the young lady knew nothing about the menu and was extremely un helpful and was to concerned with her boyfriend talking to other women . She was a light skin. Skinny mid height girl .Her boyfriend also works behind the bar as well. If you plan on going here please request to not have her . Horrible girl ! But my food was amazing and the server we ended up with was extremely nice ! The host also was amazing ! And was making sure we were okay and updated us on the seating for a table

My Sister and I went for their Sunday Brunch yesterday! The atmosphere and the food was amazing! The DJ was hype. When we got there no one was their to set us. So I asked the bartendee if we could just have a seat. She said it was fine. We sat down for about 15 mins and no one ever came to serve us. So I went to the same bartender and she was so kind. She took our order and got us drinks. Food came out quick. After we were don't eating it took them awhile to get our empty plates. Guess they cared more about the VIP sections. So the same bartender got someone for us. Not sure of the bartender "Keana" "Kiara", but we really appreciate your help! The hookah was $60 but definitely worth the price!

My cousin ordered my food to-go and this is what I got. She ordered me the Seafood grits but they gave me some bland shrimp and grits. Looks nothing like the photos. I wasnt pleased at all! $22 wasted because it wasnt worth it. My cousins in person experience was horrible while she was there but Ill let her leave her own review.

Actually has the potential to be a good go to spot, especially if Thursday is your Friday to a three day weekend after a long work week! That was not my experience coming from Vegas (and originally being from Detroit) for a vacation getaway to Charlotte. My friend told me about a spot that matched my vibe. Hookah and R&B music. The club promoted free hookah on Thursday nights. They became very hostile when we asked that the hookah be refreshed. Eventually we ended up requesting a manage whom was extremely hostile and disgruntle about asking to have the coals replaced on the hookah. Even the hookah was advertised as free we even offered to pay if that meant the customer service for the hookah would be better. If ever in Charlotte again I wont ever be darken the doorstep of this establishment every again and its sad and sickening because this place had the exact vibe when seeking that true r&b vibe of the millennials Based on the response from manager Kristen who basically brought us our bill and told us the table had been brought we could go sit at the bar if we like even though asked to sit at the bar from entering the establishment. They waiter was super nice and had good customer service, but unfortunately the manager Kristen attitude was horrible. Its crazy because this place came highly recommended by locals and TikTok and it did not live up to the hype of the customer service. A gentleman brought us a shots of Teremana and I dont know what tequila they have in the Teremana, but it was not Teremana. They also charge you 20% on to the bill. This is the only time the waiter didnt have good customer service is when I asked for my receipt after she cleared it for me not to get one.
