The pool and bar are so relaxing and make for a perfect Saturday! We received excellent service at the bar from My Yonna and her drinks were delicious!! The shrimp tostadas were yummy and the overall service at the pool was outstanding.

For starters the INTERNET HYPED the whole pool experience like it was something really FLY. The pool is no bigger than a Baby Pool. To charge people $50.00 on the weekend is ROBBERY. Now on to the food. I ordered wings because you can't go wrong with them. The wings were unsauced. They give you this ONE small container 2oz of sauce to cover the wings. OMGGGG! NEVER AGAIN. DON'T BE HYPED INTO COMING HERE. IVE WATCHED SO MANY PEOPLE LEAVE IN DISAPPOINTMENT.

Don't go to the Coin bar!! My boyfriend and I did the resort pass for the Omni Hotel to enjoy the pool and drinks. I bought two drinks which added up to 25.98. Two days later I get an email from Square saying that my total at the Charlotte pool just went up to 30 bucks to include a tip! Now i dont know how that works but if i dont write down a tip amount, there should be no tip taken from my card. And my boyfriend tipped him in cash. I will be contacting the accounting office first thing in the morning. Some might say its just five bucks but its five bucks i did not authorize.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The only reason Im giving this 4 stars is because there are very few chairs for the occupancy. The bar service was great and Raven was quick and polite! I do ask that the Omni try and update all sites (including 3rd part sites) with accurate info and details when booking. Valet is $25 not $20. Cash only or pay via CC at front desk.

I went for the football game and swim in the pool. however the pool was very gross. the water was very green and you could not see the bottom. in fact I had a hard time seeing my own hands underwater. it needs to be cleaned. I do have to say the employees were very nice and helpful.
