Great Family Experience! This was our second time coming to Spare Time, and honestly, Im impressed all over again. About two weeks ago, we had a small issue, and the GM handled it beautifully. She didnt argue or make excuses, she just listened and said, Let me fix it. That alone spoke volumes. Her professionalism and care really stood out. When we checked in, Destiny Martin, and Traci were friendly and welcoming, and Traci went above and beyond. She took the time to tell us about the different things Spare Time offers; laser tag, game area, restaurant, private lanes, and even the weekday specials. I really appreciated that because most places dont take time to explain whats available. The place is clean, spacious, and family-friendly. The aisles are wide enough for anyone with mobility needs, and they have the kid-friendly bowling bumpers that can be set per game. Its just an overall great environment.fun, safe, and accommodating. Well definitely be back. Its hard to find places that still care about customer service the way they do here.

Destiny is amazing! We have come in 2 weekends in a row and we have been lucky to have her help us. She makes sure to make our kids feel heard and seen and her energy is the perfect way to set the expectation of how much fun we are going to have. My son had such an amazing experience both Destiny & Terry were so helpful & also my son lost his phone & Destiny helped us and found it! Very happy with our visit today! We have been to this location several times . For proof today we won a prize for 70,000 ticket points! Todays staff was by FAR the best we have encountered here!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Spare Time Pineville especially Destiny and Ann and their brand new Trainee We traveled all the way from Texas to North Carolina to celebrate my 9-year-olds birthday, and they delivered a true 10/10 white glove experience from start to finish. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was seamless. No questions, no hesitation just pure professionalism and kindness. They went above and beyond in every way, even stepping in to help with dcor to make the party extra special. That level of care is rare, and it meant so much to us. They treated my childs birthday like it mattered and that speaks volumes. Because of them, the entire event felt effortless and truly fantastic. I will absolutely continue booking at this location every single time we come back from Texas. Destiny and Ann are assets to this company and deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide. Thank you for making my babys birthday unforgettable!

Good location just outside of Charlotte, near Carolina Place Mall. Big shoutout to Imani G!! You kept a smile on your face and did not get defended by the massive traffic flow on this busy day. If I didnt know any better you worked all 14 lanes, plus VIP and the bar. I could be kudos to you for all you did while my girls and I were there.
