Pure Barre SouthPark
I love the Pure Barre Reform class. It is challenging and moves at a great pace. One of my favorite things is that each class is different, but all equally as effective toning and strengthening. The studio is very welcoming and I always see welcoming faces. The instructors pay close attention to your form so you know you are getting the most out of your workout and wont get hurt. If youve been looking for a barre class that takes it to next level, I would try Pure Barre Reform.
Pure barre SouthPark is a great exercise experience! I joined exactly a week ago today and have attended 5 classes so far. All of my instructors have been great and very welcoming to new members. They make sure to give you an overview of the class before beginning and help you get and set up the equipment you will need for each class. Love the small studio atmosphere compared to a big box gym. Definitely a good workout and Im looking forward to going back!
I've been to several Pure Barre studios, and the South Park location is one of my favorites. The trainers are friendly and professional (and tough!), and I love that the workouts are predictably challenging - but there's always something new to spice up the routine. This location does a great job of not over-crowding its classes, so you really get more instructor feedback... and you're not bumping elbows with the person next to you at the barre. I'd highly recommend taking classes at this barre studio!
I just started going to Pure Barre and Ive really enjoyed it. Ive never done an actual workout class before, so it was new to me, but to my surprise it has been so fun and Ive felt comfortable every time Ive attended. The instructors are so supportive and engaging! I love this location - everyone is friendly & its never overly crowded. Cant wait to continue these classes!
I love Pure Barre! It is a very welcoming atmosphere and the classes are tough but much easier on my joints after years of sports and some serious injuries. I always feel the workout the next day and it works every part of your body, especially muscles that some of the more intense workouts miss! I highly recommend Pure Barre!
