Rock Hill BMX Playground

Really good playground. It has a good sized zip line that works. There was plenty for our kids to do there, they never got bored. Jesus loves you! He wants a forever friendship with you. If you believe in Jesus to be the only way to have your wrongs forgiven, then you will spend forever in paradise when you die.

Please know that things have changed here recently. Please refer to the bottom of this review. Nice playground in a nice & convenient location. My child loved this playground (last year). There are restrooms located on site and during certain times of the year (mostly when the BMX races are happening) there is a concession stand as well. The playground has a zip line (no longer working properly), different variations of the swing and the seesaw which is pretty cool. Also, the jungle gym part of the playground is pretty neat (especially if you're a kid). The park accommodates kids of all ages. We enjoyed coming here as a family. Please note: we just went to the playground recently and there are signs posted and caution tape everywhere warning everyone not to get on the slides. There is no explanation. The zip line is no longer working properly at this location either. It no longer moves freely. If you even want to try to put anyone on it, you will have to push that person along the entire way. Just wanted to keep you guys updated. I will post pictures a long side of this. Luckily it seems fixed now as of the summer of 2024. My child just used the zip line and it was working properly. Be safe!

This playground has the bouncy solid floor instead of mulch, its completely fenced in, there is ample parking and close year-round bathrooms. There are 4 benches and two small picnic tables. The huge climbing structure and long zip line makes this a bit more big kid oriented, but there is also a smaller structure for littles and I have seen pretty young kids brave the zip line. My almost 4 year old likes it here and finds plenty to do. The issue and reason this gets 4 stars for me is there is NO SHADE. No nearby trees or shade sails whatsoever. Its at the top of an open hill so also gets very windy. In the summer its brutal and borderline unusable. However, in the cooler months its a great park to visit!

This is our favorite playground in the area. There is a zip line as well as other unique features. While there isn't a traditional swing set, there is a large saucer swing and a standing surf/glider type of swing. There are several really tall slides and a ton of places to climb. There's a smaller jungle gym for the younger kids. Just as a word of advice, seating is very limited so it might be worth it to have a folding chair with you just in case it's busy. There is also minimal to no shade, so bring drinks!

Great fenced in park. NO SHADE. Wouldnt recommend on a hot day. Fenced in so kids can run around. Has both a little and bigger kid playground. The zip line was broke when we were there. No normal swings. Plenty of parking. Didnt see any close bathrooms but didnt look hard. Know they have some down by walking trail.
