- BEWARE - They wont exchange or refund even for faulty products. My friend and I went to this store 4 days ago. The staff was very nice, great saleswomen. I ended up not buying anything because the prices were rather high in my opinion, but my friends both purchased something. One friend got a cute sweater, she wore it today and we realized that their was a hole along the seam. We called to see if we could get an exchange for a sweater without a hole and they told me their policy: no exchanges or returns- no exceptions. Now, I respect this policy in most cases - but they clearly sold my friend a poorly made garment. And I feel especially bad because I was the one who wanted to go here. Oh well! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will actually stand behind their products, at least if it turns out they are put together poorly.

Have always seen this shop when walking to Chipotle but never went in. Walked in this time and all of the employees were wearing masks and were super friendly! I found an adorable skirt on the sale rack that I bought and a top for full price that I decided not to buy because of the price. Their clothes do run on the more expensive side but they seem higher quality then most boutiques I regularly shop at in Blakney. The lady running my checkout did inform me that they are getting new product in daily, so they are moving new clothes to the sale rack daily as well. Also, if you just ask an employee they will gladly tell you when they believe a specific item will go on sale. Super cute store with nice employees, just a bit pricey.

My daughter was looking for a wedding rehearsal dress on 8/28/2022. My Mom and Aunt were visiting so we decided to go shopping at Birkdale. We all had such a wonderful experience. The young ladies that were working there that day were exceptional. We will definitely be going back and referring to friends.

My daughter and I stopped in over the weekend, she walked out with lots of great finds! The ladies working there were nice and super helpful with styling ideas. It is a boutique, not an H&M, so the pieces are not super cheap like a mass produced store. They are made well and you will not look like every other gal on the street!

Popped into Apricot Lane in Stonecrest and had a wonderful shopping experience! Spent an hour describing my daughters, even showing photos to Amalia. She was professional, personable and amazingly helpful. Purchased 4 outfits and every piece of clothing fit and looked fabulous thanks to Amalia!
