Overall great experience. I didnt have an appointment and made space for me as a walk-in even though it was towards the end of the day. The team was so vibrant and hilarious! If they had a podcast Id definitely tune in!
My feet were down in the dumps when I walked in, but they were elevated to a whole new lovely level by the time I walked out! Shakera did a superb job with my pedicure. She was extremely gentle and thorough, with great attention to detail. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and informative. The other work I observed on other clients was impressive as well. Extremely pleased customergive them a try!
Black girl magic all through here! The vibe and energy gives me luxury, comfortable chairs, and the young ladies are so sweet and professional! Loves it! Im from Atlanta and they gave me exactly what I was expecting, good convo and fire service!
Made an appointment to get my nails done for graduation. When I arrived the nail tech was arguing with her child, yelling and cussing. Then others at the shop got involved and they spent about 15 minutes talking about the daughter after shed left. When the tech finally started, she was rude and angry that the acetone she used to remove my polish was ruining her manicure. I stopped her and told her I had on dip, curious as to why she couldnt tell the difference between dip and regular polish right away. Another employee had to intervene when I told her I wanted almond shape nails. It was obvious she didnt want to be working on me. THE WORST PART was when an actual health inspector came in, like something from a tv show. The owner was out, and the lady working on my nails was called to the back to speak to the woman. When I overheard the inspector start asking questions, I asked to pay for the work already done (just a polish removal at this point because the tech was so slow) and leave. The energy in there was similar to what others have said, it seems like they do not want new business.
I dont know how exactly this nail salon has so many good reviews but the experience that my aunt and mom had today using gift certificate they were given for Mothers Day was terrible. The made appointments for 1pm for gel manicures and pedicures but didnt leave until 4:30pm. The process was so slow and there was little done to make the situation better. In all the years going to the nail salon it has never taken 4 and a half hours to get nails done. They have some money left on their gift certificates but would rather forfeit it than coming back after this experience. Very disappointed.
