I had a Invicta watch that needed to be resized and they did very well with it it was affordable to get the links taken out and the watch properly fitted.

It doesn't matter if you have a 3K antique watch or a $10 watch from Wish. (I came with both), my watches were treated with equal care. The staff knew what they were talking about. They didn't mind that I brought my watches wrapped in a towel. They made me feel valuable, listened to what I needed, and provided creative solutions that were beyond financially reasonable. (Watches from wish, remember?) They even got my antique Omega up and running with a simple fix. I would highly recommend Epic Times to anyone who needs watch repair!

Been here multiple times and always have a great experience. They are knowledgeable and very nice! I even brought a watch I didnt purchase from them and the fixed it very quickly. Great service and 5 stars all around!

Wow, phenomenal jewelry shop! They did a great job repairing my watch with excellent customer service. The owner was kind and very helpful. Will definitely be back!

James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my recent visit to Epic Times. I went in for a minor watch repair and James was able to fix the issue I was having as well as educate me on what we will need to do if we encounter this issue again. Thank you James!
