Such a fun experience working out here! I took the Bosubod class with Malia and she was so energetic and encouraging! The class was such a good work out; challenging but rewarding! Will definitely be trying other classes and I've also invited my other friends to try, too!

I have been working out at Fit Atelier for over 2 years which is the longest I have ever consistently worked out at the same studio or gym. I keep coming back for the unique class offerings (Ballet Fit, The Beat, and Bounced are some of my faves), the excellent trainers, and the incredible owners. The entire experience at Fit Atelier is beyond superior to anywhere else I have ever worked out. They genuinely care about their clients & the greater Charlotte community as evident by their thoughtful approach to expansion and their transparent practices in pay of their trainers & studio policies. Added bonus is their awesome selection of stylish clothes that you can wear from class to the street. 10/10 highly recommend

I love the Fit Atelier classes - my favorite is "The Beat" Uptown with Allison Armstrong. Her classes are always welcoming to newcomers and all around FUN! I am not a dancer and this is not something that I would usually feel comfortable doing; However, Alli is encouraging to everyone no matter what level you are on (or how uncoordinated you are) and simply encourages participants to enjoy themselves. If you are looking for a way to have a dance party and get some extra cardio in, in a non-judgmental environment, then this is the class for you!

Everything about fit atelier is a vibe! I love the variety of fun + effective class offerings (and the endless compliments when Im wearing my recent purchases!). Im so thankful they've made the safety of their staff, trainers and community a priority while still giving us a space to move our bodies and have fun!
