Shouldve written this months ago but Jamie, Oscar, and Craig are the absolute BEST staff ever. Ive learned so much about wine from each of them. Im so lucky to have stumbled into this bar. Craig comes up with the most amazing selections of wines each time I visit to add to my collection. Each recommendation is a gem! Jamie will make you feel at home almost instantly with a smile that says youve been besties forever. Oscar is the coolest and secretly funniest people Ive encountered in my time in Charlotte. If youre ever considering a wine night this is the place to be!

Fantastic wine bar & bottle shop. They have a huge selection of wines including the largest selection of naturals Ive seen. Whether youre looking for a bottle or glass (half glasses also available if youre feeling experimental or just dont need a full pour), Frenchys has you covered. If wine isnt your thing, grab a local beer or a craft selection from the non alcoholic offerings (NA negroni? cold brew? whatever floats your boat!). Be sure to order an espresso to wake up before you head out - the presentation is not to be missed. The owners and employees will bring a smile to your face, lightening & brightening your day. Everything here is intentional and curated, from the libations to the vibes. This is definitely the new hot spot in Southend.

I absolutely loved Frenchys Sip and Shop in Charlotte, North Carolina! I walked by it a few times and finally got to try it. We only had wine there because we were going out for dinner after but will definitely go back for a charcuterie board. I absolutely loved their selection. Everything was labeled by type. They had tons of wine and beer. They also had a really good bar list as well! I had the HASEN SPRUNG GRUNER VELTLINER and loved it! The service was fabulous too. Our server was very attentive and friendly! Cant wait to go back!

I recently visited Frenchys Sip and Shop, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The selection of wines is fantastictheres something for every palate. We picked out a few bottles to bring home, and theyre definitely going to be enjoyed over the next few weeks. What really made the experience special, though, was the opportunity to sip right there in the store. The glasses of wine we enjoyed after browsing were the perfect touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping us pick out the best bottles for our preferences. If youre a wine lover, Frenchys is a must-visit! Great atmosphere, fantastic selection, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass while you shop. Well definitely be back!
