I had a wonderful experience with J. Majors Bridal Boutique! The boutique is warm, elegant, clean, and inviting and the excitement is immediately elevated when you walk through the door. Sydney, my stylist, was so helpful and easy to work with. She was patient, kind, and encouraging. She made me feel comfortable and confident, helping me find the perfect dress with her thoughtful suggestions and attention to my style preferences. It truly felt like she was just as invested in the experience as I was! She was also involved and extremely helpful during the whole process from my initial consultation, ordering, shipment, trial, and ordering my veil. The whole team and boutique makes you feel like a bride from the moment you walk in, and I am thankful for the J. Majors team for helping me find my dream dress!

I was a bride at JMajors and just got married this past November! I had to come share how helpful the stylists and owners were from start to finish of the dress process, even up to the day of the wedding! I had the best experience at JMajors! They were so easy to work with and so patient. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but the stylist helped me find the dress of my dreams! I was even able to work with the owner one-on-one and she was very insightful and kind! She helped me bring everything together and ensure that I had a wonderful experience! Even after I got my dress, the owner personally referred me to various alterations places and they even assisted me with accessories following my appointment! The shop is adorable and the atmosphere is so welcoming and enchanting! If youre a bride looking for a place to buy, this is the place!

Dress shopping at J Majors was the easiest part of the wedding planning process. The studio is light and airy and I loved that the curtain pulled back to reveal me in the dress instead of having to walk out. Most importantly, the staff were so supportive and nice! They helped me pick out wildcards so I could make sure I was choosing the dress even though I picked the second dress I tried on! The dress came in on schedule and the tailor they recommended was phenomenal. I would recommend J Majors to all brides!

After moving from NJ to NC, J Majors was the place everyone kept recommending to at least start my wedding dress journey. Well, I started and ended my journey here, I did check other stores that were more like warehouses where someone just handed me a cart and told me to pick everything out but only in certain sections and threw me in a room. This was not my experience at J Majors, they took the time with me as I am the typical overwhelmed bride and each time I came in it was like a breath of fresh air. They made picking out the dress super fun, kept me updated the whole process and kept me laughing until the last fitting. I will also note that through my process the even changed owners without a hiccup! I never even noticed other than the new owners being much more present. New owners, Madison and Ravi, are phenomenal and the perfect fit! I recently moved into a new home and did not want to have my dress during the process and they were so kind to keep it at the store for me for a tad bit longer than anticipated. Madison comes from the industry and was with me my entire last fitting with white glove serviceno literally she had white gloves on and made me feel so special and had me laughing the whole time. She also gave me dress care and alterations recommendations and instructions that were super simple! She knows her stuff! Ravi was at the front desk letting the ladies do their thing in the fitting area but provided support afar and was super accommodating! They truly are an all-star team! Rylie is also a sweetheart who gave me a handwritten note before I left and it may be a small gesture but it goes a long way! Thank you all at J Majors for your help and positive vibes!
