I have been a guitar player and collector for over 50 years and currently own 23 guitars. Recently I made my latest purchase from Midwood Guitar Studio. It was to my surprise the best experience I ever had when purchasing a guitar. I emailed their website at 10PM and left a message about a guitar they had and its price. 10 minutes later a text appears on my phone with the info I requested. I sent them my PayPal info and the next day they contacted me to ask my preference for setting up the guitar. Later that day it was on its way to me. Then on day of delivery they contacted me to make sure I was happy. They have won me over as a life long customer. I hope you will give them a chance to earn your business. They're the best!

I needed some further detailed photos, with an opinion rendered as regards some color fluctuations, clarification on a spec listing, and assurance that provided data was accurate. Went here for the first time today and had a great experience. I recently purchased a guitar for my son and one of the string broke during tuning. When I walked in I was quickly helped by one of the employees, he helped me get a new string on the guitar, tuned it by ear, and gave me some great advice for my son's first few months as a "guitar hero". Awesome selection of acoustic and electric guitars!

Had to get some guitar repair work done here and had Phillip take care of me. Theyre all really nice guys and have been cool every time Ive gone in the shop. Guitar was in great shape after the repairs. Nothing but good things to say about this place
