What an amazing experience! My fianc and I went tonight for a couples massage and left feeling wonderful and relaxed! We had each only had one massage in the past which wasnt a great experience so we were skeptical going in. Upon arrival we were greeted and treated with great customer service. Everyone was so friendly! We were asked what trouble areas we had and our therapists listened and made sure our areas of concern were addressed. We will definitely be back and will purchase the subscription! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Wonderful company, distinguished massage therapists, and an overall spectacular experience! Thank you!!!

First time visit today...got a one hour massage and paraffin treatment on my feet. This was a wonderful experience. I felt relaxed the whole time and just felt amazing afterwards! Thank you, Latonya for such a great experience!

I received a gift certificate here that my bf was told would cover one 2-hour massage or two 1-hour massages. When I arrived at my first, I had to wait almost 20 minutes past the start time before a room opened up. No one checked on the client they were waiting on to leave a single time while she took that long to get dressed. Then, when trying to book my second massage, I somehow managed to be charged $43 despite the fact that I was simply trying to add a $15 add-on. And after being charged, I wasn't directed to book a date or time. I had to fight for a refund. I finally booked a second massage (with no add-on), and was charged $28 because the gift certificate somehow didn't cover that one fully. The massages were pretty good, but I definitely won't be returning here. And I'm tempted to report them to the BBB for their poor business practices.

Left this spa speechless and with the biggest smile ever! When I walked in the spa, I hadn't had a massage in months, so needless to say I was super irritable. I had 3 items scheduled - a scrub, massage and a facial and all three were AMAZING! My massage with Greg was first so he probably got it the worse, lol, but he was super patience, professional and has great hands! Jada did my facial, also super patience, professional, friendly and had my face feeling and looking really good! The owner Shondra stepped in to do my scrub personally and again, patient, professional and super knowledgable. I'm DEFINITELY going back and going to start the massage/facial membership. They have other services, basically a "one stop shop", so planning to try those out as well. If I could have given this place more stars, I would have!!

This is the second time my husband and I have been in to Natural Bliss Body Studio for a couples massage. This time, we came in to relax before our wedding day. It was EXCELLENT! The masseuses listened to exactly what our pain points were and were receptive to the level of pressure we wanted. I shared that I did not want to be sore after this massage and the team follow through! I had a great 90 minute massage and was not sore at all. We will definitely continue visiting NBBS!
