North End Farmers Market

Love this renovated mix use development in Charlotte. We went to this location for the Wednesday night farmers market and loved the murals, repurposed manufacturing equipment, and outdoor areas. There were work areas, retail spaces, eateries and a brewery, event space and they were still working on much of it. A perfect combo of old and new that felt fresh and fun. I highly recommend a visit and a long walk around the campus. I loved this space so much I created a whole post about it. Can't wait to see how it continues to evolve.

Very cool place in Charlotte ! Definitely an upcoming development that is set to put This area on the map. This campus is so large and has a lot of fun activities to do that are open to the public. Theres plenty of sitting areas and a lot of shops with more to come. I just loved the vibe here and will definitely come back during my next trip to Charlotte.

Where do I even start? As an architect and urban designer I might be biased about this place but I promise no matter your background theres something you will love and enjoy here. This former manufacturing site is slowly adapting its buildings to accommodate for restaurants and retail. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasnt very lively but I cant wait to return on a Friday evening. My favorite things were the abundance of art and the landscape design, beautiful harmless bees everywhere

Amazing outdoor space! Always a good vibe with lots of different things to do and multiple entertainment outlets. No matter what day you come you're sure to find something unique and exciting happening!

We have been hearing about Camp North End so we took the drive last Saturday. This place gives us the Eastern Market (DETROIT) vibes. If youre from Michigan or have visited you know how beloved that market is to the Detroit people. Camp North End is still under construction. We noticed a few restaurants & we were hoping to see more but no matter- this development is so darn awesome. The art, the repurposed material- all worth a trip to check out. The history alone: was this a Ford plant once? A missile plant? Thats what my husband found in a search. While checking it out. Getting hungry? Grab some lunch from the open establishments. My husband researched and found that Camp North End have a farmers market from April to October. That sounds nice. Well need to check that out. When we visited on Saturday it was cold & icy so we didnt get to explore as much as we wanted. Well definitely be back & well share with our neighbors in DAVIDSON as we learn more.
