It was my first time into the a Parachute Home store. Marlee was so friendly and welcoming. Not too pushy and so helpful! She stayed past closing, was patient, and put together/showed many examples of bedding on the floor model. Will definitely be returning!

Had a great experience with customer service at this store. We originally bought a duvet and duvet cover but werent entirely satisfied with it. Despite being outside the return window, Caitlin, Marlee, and James B worked with us to offer store credit and recommended an different solution that would better fit what we were looking for. Very happy with our new quilt and will be a repeat customer!
