Was very excited to check this place out. Unfortunately the staff member didnt engage or even get up from behind the desk while looking at her phone. For a busy Friday thats also a holiday weekend. It was disappointing. Put my items back and left; as it was clear my business and presence was not valued. However they had some great options and variety; sad the lack of care and effort the staff member had.

I went to go get some treats for my lab who we have to put down this weekend and the woman working the desk was so nice and so sweet. She actually made us feel a little better with her level of empathy and even gave us an extra little treat. Thank you so much! Ive always Loved this store, but I love it even more now.
