Looking for the best baby and child store in Charlotte? Look no further than the team at Shower Me With Love! These ladies have and know everything from furniture, strollers, car seats, baby equipment, clothes, accessories - you name it! I found Tanner, Michaela, Mandy, and the team at Shower Me With Love very early on in my pregnancy and have felt tremendous support during this exciting time. I ordered all of my nursery furniture (rocker, crib, dresser) car seat, stroller, sheets, clothes, swaddles, bibs, you name it! The amount of combined knowledge and expertise the team has in this industry is incredible. If they don't know the answer to your question they will research or find it for you. They also have a range of brands that span various price points so there is something for everyone here. By far my favorite baby/children's store in Charlotte, and the customer service is fantastic. Thank you to the ladies at Shower Me With Love for making this journey so incredible, and hope more future and current moms trust you as much as I do!

Came here as a FTM, having no idea what to buy and McKenzie (hope Im spelling her name right) took time on quite a busy Saturday to show us a bunch of stuff and give us a lot of great information without trying to sell us. She didnt rush us and didnt act impatient even though it was so busy and she even addressed a private concern I shared with her which was so kind. Baby shopping is overwhelming but I am thankful for this stores existence and for people like McKenzie for being willing to help us and explain things to us because we literally knew nothing. We will be regular customers here because of her. Its also really nice to be able to test drive things like strollers in the store which can be quite an investment.

This is the best childrens store in the Carolinas. Always know Im going to find exactly what I need (and probably a few things I dont, but have to have!) and will be greeted by friendly store associates. For example, today I went there for some last minute Easter basket goodies and I love what I found in their well curated toy sections. All the little touches they put into this sweet store, down to their signature wrapping paper style make it a special place. LOVE Shower Me With Love!

Customer service SUCKS. For the money you spend - they could be a little more reasonable and classy In response to your response, it wasn't the return policy I had a problem with - it was the way it was handled when I asked about exchanging the item for a different size (which you had in stock). As a loyal customer to your store, I just expected to be treated with more respect than I was. Thanks.

A little upset that such a cute store has such bad customer service. I went in based on their online saying they had a product for our nuna stroller only to find out its actually not available. I had to walk around for about 10 mins no one cared to greet or help. I had to go up to the counter and even then she send someone else to help. They were rude and said on we dont have it turned around and basically left me hanging.
