Out of many purchases over the years, I just recently had a small issue regarding a sofa. Rodney was immediately on top of it and took care of it the way I had hoped!! Good furniture selection, but terrible customer service. My sofa arrive stained, and owner blamed delivery company who refused to do anything about it. Owner told me to keep in mind that I bought the sofa on sale, which apparently means that I should accept it arriving with a stain on it that wasn't there when we bought it. I'll never shop here again.

Went to The Furnitue Company because they advertised that the store was "closing". After inquiring about prices on a few pieces of furniture it was obvious that the advertising was nothing more than a ploy to lure people . The experience was worse than attempting to purchase a late model car from a fly by night used car dealer.
