I had a fantastic experience buying a new Telecaster. I was assisted with trying out multiple models and was given top tier suggestions by the staff. Buying a new guitar can be a stressful experience, as you never truly know what you are getting till you take it home. In addition to this, the guitars were all expertly setup and felt pristine. This is the kind of experience that separates an establishment from big box retail. In the end, I definitely made the right choice and I look forward to coming back.

Dealing with the staff at Vera Guitars is a real pleasure. One of the nicest guitar stores I have ever been to. Manager Jeff and Technician Josh were patient and extremely helpful with my guitar setup. Their emphasis on proper setup makes all the difference. They stock some of the most sought after models of high end guitars, and I had a very enjoyable time playing some of the guitars on my wish list, and I will definitely be back.

I ordered an American Performer Stratocaster in Arctic White from Vera Guitars at a great price, and it arrived todayabsolutely love it. Before ordering, I spoke with Jeff, who took the time to measure the nut width, put on fresh strings, and give it a full setup. It showed up playing perfectly right out of the case, which made a huge difference. You can tell they really care about the instrument and the customer experience. Great shop, with a killer inventory and great professional and extremely friendly staff. Josh did a set-up on my Strat and PLEK'd and set-up my tele. Both guitars came out great! In fact, the PLEK on the Tele left me with what feels like a brand-new guitar. The difference was night & day. I highly recommend getting your guitar PLEK'd at Vera. It's a great investment into the long-term playability of the instrument.
