Chef Alyssa's Kitchen
Decided to take a class with Chef Alyssa during a birthday trip to Charlotte. We had the Mediterranean meal with stuffed grape leaves, sea bass, and rose water pavlova with berries. I'm normally a very picky person, so I came in with worries that I would not enjoy the food as much as the experience. I was seriously wrong. The class was so much fun! I cleared my plate and had one of the best desserts I have ever tasted. I will absolutely take another class if I stay a weekend in Charlotte again. I highly recommend this!
We just had a rehearsal dinner at Alyssas's Kitchen and it was fantastic. What a wonder venue to hold an interactive cooking event that made people learn and work for their meal... Truly delicious and such a fun experience. I would highly recommend it to others with wedding events. Spectacular!
A wonderful chef and manager couple team duo curating some wonderful cooking classes as well as creating and distributing their own local products. Started here in Southend and have growth with the development boom! Friendly. Exciting. Well worth every penny. SUPPORT LOCAL!
Chef Alyssa's is one of my favorite activities in Charlotte! I highly recommend it to everyone. Good food and they are the nicest couple! Also, I have a food allergy and they go beyond to accommodate!
The first thing you'll notice taking a class with Chef Alyssa is that she is the real deal. She's an expert cook, genuinely kind and incredibly talented at sharing her skills with you. No matter how many students in the class, Alyssa makes you feel comfortable working with the recipes and will have you leaving the class with a full stomach and legit cooking chops. Go for the classes, stay for the incredible team of Alyssa and Andrew that make them so fun.
