I've tried a few cooking schools, but I always keep coming back to this one. I love the vibe, the energy and not to mention all the amazing food. We did the spring fling class. Lamb chops, risotto, asparagus and lemon pie. Everything was delish! It's so much fun, hands on learning with the chef. After each dish is made, you get to sit down and enjoy it while it's hot, then get back up to make the next course. They do classes year round so there is something for everyone's tastebuds. I have done abt 4 or 6 classes so far here and will keep doing more. Highly recommend it for a date night, girls night or if you just want to go solo and make new friends, it's something for everyone.

This is a great idea for an evening of foodie fun! I came here on a date with my wife to try our hand at some French cooking! Let me first say that if you are expecting to be fully on your own and making a meal, that doesn't happen here. It's a fun, interactive and multi coorse group cooking experience. Everything is timed perfectly, and you jump right into making your first course and appetizers, take a break to enjoy what you made, then jump right back in to make your mains and dessert, then finish up at your table after serving yourself. Our meal was fantastic, and had a home cooked feel to it which was immensely charming and exciting all at once. Most of the people here are on dates or girls nights, so you probably won't want to come alone, but it's a great change of pace from just going out to a restaurant. Highly recommended!

Wow what an experience. Went with my work family and what a great time we had. Food was delicious, staff was amazing from the first minute we walked in. Caesar dressing from scratch never thought I would do that. Salad skewers what a great presentation. We had a great time.

We had a blast here! We have been to other cooking classes in the Charlotte area and this one is hands down the best. You get to eat as you go (so youre not starving at the end) and the food is well seasoned. I love that our aprons had our names on them so that Chef Mara could call on us by name to do tasks. Chef Mara is super knowledgeable and I learned lot of interesting things about food and cooking. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a great experience. Our son and daughter n love surprised us with this date night for our birthdays. The place was nice and clean, and very organized. The chefs were awesome with instructions and precise. The chefs and helpers were very nice. We will be coming back. The food was excellent!! Thank you for a great evening!
