Participate in a Resurrection Quest through the library’s Journey to Faith tour and receive a free gift, or join an interactive telling of the Biblical Easter story on the patio. You will also have the opportunity to purchase Resurrection Eggs, or help your child create their own tie-dye t-shirt. Lazy 5 Ranch
Saturday, April 13 and Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Witness an incredible helicopter egg drop and watch your little ones take part in a coloring contest, scavenger hunt, and more at the Lazy 5 Ranch. Children will collect eggs that can then be swapped for prizes at the prize tent – they will only need one egg of each color to swap. Wagon rides through the ranch will be available all day, and provide the whole family with the chance to feed the animals. Please remember that Lazy 5 Ranch does not accept credit cards, and plan accordingly.

Saturday and Sunday, April 13 - 14 and April 19-20 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Join the Easter Bunny for a 25 minute train ride at the North Carolina Transportation Museum in Spencer. He will hand out treats to everyone on board, and there will also be the chance to take a photo or reserve a meal with him aboard a vintage dining car. In addition to the train ride, there will be numerous activities throughout the 60-acre historic site. Look for inflatables, Easter crafts, and an Easter egg hunt on April 19 and 20.
NASCAR Hall of Fame
Saturday, April 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The hunt is on! Head to the NASCAR Hall of Fame and enjoy a festive breakfast, entertainment, games, and a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny. Each child will leave with a carton of eggs filled with candy and prizes.
Historic Latta Plantation
Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
