I was here on 6/18/22 and was lucky enough to get outdoor seating on that beautiful day. The waitress was so kind and patient. Unfortunately the food wasn't great. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Presentation was great, the dish just packed flavor. The waffle itself was delicious but the chicken nor thr home fries had flavor. I was very disappointed I love fries and if they added some salt and pepper it would've been good. You shouldn't have to depend on sauce or ketchup for flavor, they should enhance the dish.

We came on labor day for lunch! We were seated quickly and the atmosphere was really nice. Everyone enjoyed their food. Our food came out in a timely manner. We had the shrimp appetizer, forgot the picture! We all had entrees. The food was very good. The fries are love. My baby loved her kids meal pizza. I personally didnt like the mixed drinks. I cant explain it. I tried 2 of them and they werent for me. I had the blt chicken tacos!! Their tortillas are the best. My love had the bama buttermilk chicken sandwich. One kid had a pub burger and the other a buffalo chicken sandwich!

Upon arrival your greeted by the hostess and seated shortly thereafter. I went on a Thursday night during the first NFL kickoff game. They we're actually doing trivia while I was there. I ordered the calamari appetizer. It was good. Not too undercooked or overcooked. They have $5 drink specials on Thursday. So I had one drink. I had just got out of a meeting; and had already eaten before hand so I was just wasting time and seeing what the experience was like here. It was decent for the Ballantyne area. Nothing too fancy. Nice waitstaff and seemed clean. I would have to return to try the many other menu options they have another time. But definitely would return.

The service was good and the staff was kind. However, the rest was not preferable.a big turnoff is when food is brought out within 2-3 minutes of receiving appetizers, salad. Everything was just placed together before giving time to each course. We had a group and the appetizers ordered were not good. The fried devil eggs tasted like plain eggs with panko crumbs. There was absolutley no flavor. The brie was oversalted and that took away from the flavor of the brie and cranberries. The drinks were dissapointing. Millionaire cocktail was over salted and tasted only like sour mix and didnt come with the black lava salt that was advertised. The dragon berry cocktail was okay but nothing special. And the long island ice tea tasted like a lemon drop. Every drink ordered was overdone with sour mix, making it so absolutley no other taste was possible. The entrees everyone seemed to enjoy. The ribs appeared to fall right off the bone. I ordered the shrimp and grits. The shrimp was cooked perfect. The grits are a grit "cake." Which i was pleasantly surprised with. The side salad i ordered, for $6.99, was not worth the price and was barely tossed in dressing. I really enjoyed the dish. Im just disappointed the quality of the appetizers and drinks were subpar.

Ive eaten here before and of course the dine-in experience is always better than the to-go. However, yesterday I ordered this and chicken tenders and before leaving I saw my order was incorrect. I ate three shrimp and had to pull over on the side of the road to throw up. It wasnt like you all were about to close for the night, nor did you all have a packed house on the inside. I even heard the bartender say this is the third order that has gone out incorrect in a row. Im just disappointed in not only the service but the quality of food. To have spent $30 on myself and included a tip , I will not be going back. Look at the picture below . Would you eat this ?
