Crumbl Cookies - Tega Kay
Employees could be more welcoming, but I use the curbside option now to avoid those feelings. Cookies are delicious, especially when fresh out of the oven!
Visited Crumbl when they 1st opened and became a regular after that. I like that their menu changes weekly. My favorites so far are the Lemon Blackberry (pictured) and their Cinnamon Roll. They opened to 10p on week nights and midnight for the weekends. They stay busy! As with any other restaurant since the pandemic, they can sometimes be short staffed which takes a little longer to get your order. The best way to order is online/curbside.
The cookies are really good and they're huge. One cookie is more than enough for a treat. They only have six cookies on the menu at any given time. I think the chocolate chip might always be on the menu. The place was full when we arrived in the evening and ordered from the kiosk, which was really easy. They are always pulling fresh baked cookies out of the oven and they ice/finish them as you wait. They're like the Duck Donuts of cookies - and if you've never been to Duck Donuts you should find the nearest one and go!!!!
My experience here was horrible. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. No one communicated when I walked into the store. I was very uncomfortable when the young lady with the short hair started to curse out loud and under her breath. I wish u had a better customer service experience. You shouldnt work in customer service if your not going to give great service.
We were so excited to try Crumbl cookies and they did not disappoint! Its a little on the pricier side but the cookies are HUGE! (like bigger than the palm of your hand- we only ate half at a time). My husband loved that the cookies came out warm (so be prepared to eat them soon!) The rotating flavors are fun and make you want to visit every week! They also come packaged in cute pink boxes, so its perfect if you want to give them as a gift. We will definitely be back!
