Went here yesterday for my boyfriends birthday dinner. This place is amazing. Not only is the food delicious, but the employees are so informative, professional, knowledgeable! I love being able to come to an upscale restaurant and be given a 5 star experience AND have amazing FILLING food. Ugh. I adore this place so much. (You HAVE to get the Stoke Donut. Best dessert Ive had!!)

We heard a lot about the delicious donut served at Stoke. We made our reservation a week in advance while traveling to Charlotte. This place aced everything they served from cocktails to dessert. What we had: -Deviled eggs- Very nice -Pork Shank - The best I ever had. It just melts into your mouth -Brave Fingerling potato- Very nice - Spring pea ravioli- Fresh and yummy - Donut- It was perfect -Stoke fashion- you need to try this. This was too good. Out of everything Pork shank, Stoke Fashion and Donut were delicious.

Our dinner was almost as wonderful as our server Maria. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection, my cocktail was dangerously delicious, and when she noticed that my first entre wasn't to my liking; Maria knew and wanted to ensure that our experience was completely enjoyable. The scallops I ordered as a replacement were wonderful.

We went for brunch. Went in with high expectations and unfortunately the experience didn't measure up. I would probably give a 3.5 if I could. The shrimp and grits were underwhelming as was the avacado toast. Not a bad option if you're already at the Marriott, but definitely not the best option.

What a great meal! Traveling with food allergies can be traveling but Im very grateful to Anna and the culinary team for helping craft this custom meal for me! Pictured is then Shrimp and Grits from brunch minus the lobsters sauce. It was packed full of flavor and absolutely delicious! If you want great service with a friendly smile, patience, and warmth, check them out! TheFlipsters
