Familiar with Firebirds at their South Park location. 1st time at Northlake. We were seated near the bar and were attended to quickly. Our appetizer of deviled eggs were good. I ordered the salmon with the cider slaw, it never disappoints. My sister had the fish tacos and she said they were good but with each bite she questioned what ingredient could they have added to take it to another level. Nice ending to a long day of shopping.

Food was great and we got good service but it took a long time for us to get out of there when we done eating. My card was out of my possession for over 5 minutes which I was a little uncomfortable with. The manager spoke to a larger table and ignored us. Other than a few hospitality issues, we had a great time.

We had an amazing time at Firebirds Northlake! My best friend/cousin treated me to dinner for my birthday. I have had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant multiple times throughout the years but this was my friends and familys first experience. As expected they enjoyed it as well. We were greeted warmly and promptly by the hostesses. The FH Manager Marvin was very courteous and hospitable. The food and cocktail were delicious, the steps of service were timely, and the service was excellent! Our server was attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was nice and the restaurant was clean. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.
Local Foodi Truly Authentic
Hailey our server was amazing. I caught her walking in from the parking lot and she immediately seated us in her section as we requested even before clocking in . She wipes down our table and treated us so well. The food was Amazing loved the new additions to the menu. I ate the snapper my daughter had the ribeye. Everything this evening was so perfect!!!!? Oh and the brulee cheesecake what a treat. The lemon blueberry cake is amazing as well.

Kelly gave us exceptional service. Two of us modified the chicken pasta with goat cheese, and one also substituted steak for the chicken. The sirloin was perfectly cooked, as was the burger. Then she brought a BIRTHDAY order of Cheesecake and sang with us. My husband, myself, and both of our sons, had a wonderful time.

We had a fantastic date night! The energy in the building was great and the staff really went above and beyond. I loved the salad and the dessert was the perfect finish. The sirloin was a bit of a letdowndry and lacking flavorbut they were quick to replace it and even brought out fresh broccoli. I'd skip the steak next time, but everything else was 10/10.

Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is very calming, perfect for date night or celebrating any occasion! Our waitress Raquel had the best suggestions and was extremely attentive. If shes working I would recommend asking for her! Overall a wonderful evening. 10/10

We went to Firebirds Grill for our Christmas get-together and had a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a small and large gathering. The pricing was very reasonable, especially their 3-course meal for $39.95, which was an excellent value for the quality and portion sizes. Everything we ordered was flavorful, and the service was attentive. Our waiter Zack was amazing, very tentative and took care of us.Overall, it was a wonderful spot for a holiday dinner, and I would definitely recommend it.

What an absolutely amazing experience and beyond Scrumptious food! Never have I been in a restaurant with such professional & efficient Staff welcoming each guest at the door, to the guide leading you to your table topped off like a 3 layer cake the waitstaff which was so attentive it was like icing on the cake!! They were led by a Hands on Manager, who was extremely efficient and sincerely friendly & caring, checking very kindly on both each of his staff members as well checking on each and every guest to ensure that everyone was having a wonderful and memorable experience! Every staff member we saw looked happy and it was easy to see everyone enjoyed working there, which is rare it itself. Honestly, I cant wait to go back ! Thank you to everyone at Firebirds at Northlake Mall ! Wow, truly spectacular! We had their Shareable Cauliflower that is so delicious we had to order 2 dishes of just that! It is like an explosion of flavors making it one of the tastiest dishes I have ever had! We also had their Chicken Nachos with chicken, their special sauce, cilantro, tomatoes and goat cheese.. super yummy too! I recommend whether you have eaten there before or not Everyone looking not only for a fabulous meal but a dining experience please dont hesitate to Run to Firebirds at Northlake Mall Charlotte, NC 10.24.25 (Friday Evening)

Service started great but after the food arrived, it became worse unfortunately. My rib-eye was cooked medium instead of medium well. The salmon salad came with tomatoes, told the server 'no tomatoes'. It took forever to receive our check.
