BEST HAPPY HOUR IN TOWN!! Visiting from Boston and had a great experience at the bar, the bartender made the best espresso martini Ive ever got!!! She was amazing!! Whenever Im back in Charlotte Ill come back!!! Amazing service and food quality was amazing, shout-out to BOH, chef is great!! Food was awesome! Thank you!!!!!

This was my favorite restaurant when I lived in the area. Food and atmosphere were always top notch. However, two of my last three visits at the Stonecrest location have left me disappointed. On a date, my date's steak was burnt on one side but not cooked to temperature and was sent back, and the same steak was delivered BACK to the table but flipped over as if a new steak had been prepared. My prime rib that night was excellent. She ended up getting salmon instead. A visit with three other friends proved better, and 3 of the 4 got prime rib. Dessert was excellent, service fantastic. My last visit was similar to my date's. My prime rib was cold to to the touch, no juices flowed when cutting the steak, and just tough. This was sent back and a better rib delivered. The staff is working hard to keep customers happy, but there is a disconnect between the kitchen and wait staff. Out of 8 meals on 3 separate visits, two had to be remade or replaced entirely. Not acceptable, even with staffing issues which all restaurants are facing. I would have rated it two stars, but one night was excellent and the staff did correct issues brought to their attention the other two nights. My visit to the Southpark location was excellent.

One of our favorite restaurants!!! The service is always exceptional, as well as the food! Our server, Damien, was exceptional. I have a dairy allergy and he spoke with the kitchen staff and chef to make sure my food was dairy free. He checked on us regularly and was so kind! Our food was amazing! My husband's favorite steak! It's so good, he doesn't request steak sauce. My salmon and veggies were wonderful! The Double Black Diamond signature martini is DELICIOUS. Highly recommend! (We got side salads which is why our plates aren't full).

I was here during queens feast. The starter dish was the chicken tortilla soup it was delicious. I will definitely order that again. The entree was the prime rib, I don't think I was a fan. It wasn't nasty it was just ok. I will definitely go back and try different dishes. Staff very friendly

Amazing!! Service was everything I needed. She paid much attention and recommended me the ribs. So I got the ribs and best friend got the salmon. Oh did I mention the nachos ?? Please get those. Here lately I have been ordering desert. Lemon cake was GREAT I had them warm it up just a little, I don't eat cold cake.

Phenomenal from start to finish !! The cocktails were Amazing! The deviled eggs were extra fluffy and candied bacon a must ! The bread reminded us of fresh European bread! The main courses were excellent and the server went above and beyond!! My husband and I travel the world and love trying new restaurants and this one was a 5 star !! Highly recommend!! Prices were great :)

I recently met up with friends for a birthday lunch at Firebirds Stonecrest, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. We were promptly seated, and the staff was helpful in answering questions about the menu. The restaurant is quite large inside and wasnt very busy during our visit, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the shrimp salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. One of my friends ordered the shrimp and grits, which he didnt love. I tried a bite, and while it wasnt bad, I agree that Ive had better versions elsewhere. I dont often get down to that area of Charlotte, but if Im in the neighborhood again, Id consider going back for a casual lunch or dinner.

Firebirds was very accommodating when we had a party of 10 go for my mother's birthday. They're very helpful as they had two waitresses to handle the group. I feel like we had decent portions of food. However, the food was a little overcooked. My broccoli was so soft that basically melted on the fork and my potatoes and my steak were good but they were a little overcooked as well and at the same time a little cool. Also, Firebirds is very expensive and while I do think it's fun to go for a birthday or special occasion, it's not a place per se that you'd want to go all the time because it's pretty pricey. I wish they had some more seafood options, And that their appetizers were a bit more reasonable or that they had some platters to be able to share amongst friends. I did enjoy their special that they had three for $40. Overall it was a very nice dining evening. It was very clean The staff was attentive.

Firebirds is consistently good food and attentive service. We had the steak salad with Bleu cheese crumbles and it was very good. Shared a carrot cake and it was huge, it could easily make 3 people happy. The burgers are very good as well. The staff doesn't make you feel rushed, we were there chatting for a while before we ordered. We'll be back again!

We dined here on a Friday evening for a birthday dinner. Our group consisted of 7 people, including a 2-year-old, and we made the reservation through their website. When we arrived, the place was quite busy, with several parties waiting to be seated. However, since we had a reservation, we were seated immediately. Two of our party had arrived a bit early and were already seated. The waitress was very attentive throughout our meal, bringing our drinks quickly. We started with the lobster spinach queso and the deviled eggs, and both dishes were exceptional. We had a single set of dirty silverware, but the waitress handled it quickly, and the manager personally apologized. While not necessary, this was very professional and kind. The entrees were all delicious! The 2-year-old got the salmon, and it was more than enough for any child. I think it would have easily been a portion suitable for an adult. My wife and I shared a 9oz filet Mignon and the 3 sides entree for her birthday. The steak was incredible, and the sides were definitely worth it! I particularly enjoyed the carrots out of the three we ordered. I highly recommend trying Firebirds if you haven't already!
