Delicious! As a Texan transplant, their brisket does not disappoint. The pulled chicken wasnt anything special, though. Hush puppies, mac n cheese, bao buns, fries, and Cesar salad were all irresistible! My favorite sauces were a combination of the Queen Bee and Mary Bs mixed together. Well definitely be coming back.
Terrible experience! We decided to give this place a try for the first time after discussing our choices in the Rea Farms shopping center. Unfortunately it will be our last. Things started off great. Beautiful day, great table outside and then it went down hill from there. Our server started out great then disappeared. Our food is finally brought to the table after a long wait by someone elses delivering the food, fine. Food is good but Im missing my side. Since I cant find a server I go inside to ask someone only to find out that our first server is also the bartender. The bar is full so now I understand why he never returned. I ask about the side and was told it will delivered shortly, cool. While Im at the bar I order a second round of drinks. Long story short, side never comes, drinks never come, eventually we give up. I go inside, ask for the check and we leave never to return again! Terrible service.
It was our first time trying this BBQ gem last night, and we loved it! From friendly & quick service to delicious food, this is the latest addition to our list of repeat business! Highlights of ambiance are cleanliness, bright and spaced out decor. The food, well I regret not taking pics of our table but the brisket, chicken, pork, hush puppies, Cole slaw, collards, and sweet potato fries were excellent - well rounded flavors, compliments of the hickory smoke! Along with triple D's Guy Fieri, we highly recommend!! Bonus: expansive outside dining area. Special thanks to Casey & Mgr Michael :) very well done!
Really nice place... neat seating, etc. The service was very good, the food was very good. I would consider this an upscale BBQ place - comparable to Midtown Smokehouse or Macs. In that category - this place MIGHT be the best. The pulled pork was very good, maybe some of the best brisket I've had anywhere - fork tender and well smoked. Several different sauces to fit your favorite flavor - and a couple of those were really good. Sides were good. This isn't a "classic" BBQ joint - but doesn't pretend to be. For that 'upscale BBQ' experience - worth the trip
Great food, tasty drinks, and good service. Thats what you can expect if you decide to dine here. The Bao Sliders were delicious. The only thing we werent crazy about was the pulled chicken, but Im being a little nitpicky when I say that. Everything else was top notch. Ill absolutely be going back.
