The family-friendly, 3rd annual 2019 Twirl ‘N Swirl 5K unites the community in honor of Child Abuse Prevention month and to raise awareness and funds for The Arts Empowerment Project’s Judge Bill Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides resources for abused and at-risk children to pursue private study, special training or personal advancement in an arts-related field. |
