PurpleStride is the signature event of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Each year, in communities across the country, tens of thousands of people participate in more than fifty PurpleStride events, including PurpleStride Charlotte. These events are critical in raising awareness and funds that advance research and support patients and loved ones with a promise of a better tomorrow for those fighting pancreatic cancer. Join us at PurpleStride Charlotte for our 5k timed and untimed run/walk or our 1-mile walk, and together we will continue to rewrite the book on how to fight this deadly disease. ALL are welcome! Enjoy a FUN day filled with free children's activities, music, refreshments, our ShopPurple store, and more!
