Chef Gene Briggs is bringing back his Cooking Class! Join us on Saturday, August 24th for a step-by-step cooking demonstration of some of the incredible dishes. This chef-curated tomato themed menu will include items such as Green Fried Tomatoes with pickled shrimp and remoulade, Heirloom tomato and watermelon salad with feta cheese and dukkah, Pork Milanese with Tomatoes, Pomegranate Molasses and Arugula, and Eve’s Dark Chocolate Tomato Cupcakes. Tickets for this event are $60 per person. This price is all-inclusive of this unique class, food and beer tastings, a menu to take home with the recipes, and 20% gratuity for staff.
