Chef Ashley Boyd will lead this class. She is the culinary director and managing partner of 300 East, a longtime Charlotte restaurant staple in Dilworth for the last 30 years. Recognized as one of the top pastry chefs in Charlotte, she’s also cooked at the James Beard House in NYC. Chef Alyssa and Ashley have known each other for years and we are thrilled for Ashley to bring her talents and teachings to CAK for this special event.
