Join us Wednesday, October 17th, at 7pm for a SPECIALTY Oyster Session. The theme is "Meet the Growers" and we'll be joined by oyster experts Bob Rheault (Executive Director of the East Coast Shellfish Grower's Association) and Margaret Pilaro (Executive Director of the Pacific Coast Shellfish Grower's Association). This session will be education-heavy with topics including: Growing Techniques, Merroir, Flavor Profiles, and the work conducted by the East & Pacific Coast Shellfish Grower's Association. This session will not be our standard 5-course tasting set-up, but will feature light bites, passed oysters, and beer & wine. $50/person - must RSVP in advance. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the NC Shellfish Grower's Association.
