On October 2, the Puerto Rican Festival of the Carolinas 2021 once again celebrates the Puerto Rican Culture, Food, Dance, and Folklore with a star-studded stage, which includes Charlie Aponte, Grupo Mania, Roberto Roena y su Apollo Sound, with a special tribute to Ismael Rivera by El Nuevo Tumbao, and a celebration of the merengueras de Puerto Rico by Crisitna Medina.
