DJ Taz Rashid (Wanderlust, Yoga Journal Conferences, and Yoga Alliance) will provide the live soundtrack to a restorative Slow Flow practice led by Wendy Swanson. This all levels class will begin with a light vinyasa flow, continue to longer holds, and end with an extended sound healing savasana by DJ Taz. Space is limited.
