The Queen City Gala will be held on October 13! You can look forward to a wonderful evening of celebration, good company and friendship with cocktails, fine dining, silent and live auctions… and of course, dancing. Proceeds from the event will help the Best Buddies North Carolina state office assist individuals with IDD in North Carolina form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy and communication skills, and feel valued by society. Best Buddies currently has programs at 27 schools that support inclusive communities and friendship for all. Friends make all of us feel like royals, and this fantastic event will allow Best Buddies to support existing programs and expand impact throughout the state.
