Celebrate 30 Years of NBA Basketball in Charlotte!
Free 30th Anniversary t-shirt for first 7,500 fans in attendance.
Classic Night, honoring the Hornets 30th Anniversary Team. Eight of 10 members of the team will be in attendance and will be recognized during halftime, including:
- Kemba Walker
- Dell Curry
- Muggsy Bogues
- Baron Davis
- Kendall Gill
- Alonzo Morning
- Glen Rice
- Gerald Wallace
Rounding out the team, but unable to attend, are Al Jefferson and Larry Johnson.
In addition to the ceremony, the first 7,500 fans in attendance will receive a commemorative 30th Anniversary Team T-shirt, featuring images of each of the 10 players created by award-winning illustrator Rob Zilla III.
The Hornets will wear the white Classic Edition uniform that echoes those worn by the team from its inception in 1988 through 1997 and will play on a special court based on the one used from 1995-97.
