American Airlines put me up for the night here. The front manager was about the best you can get. With only about 4 hours total resting time, she made sure I was up and had transportation back to the airport. She went way above and beyond to care for me. The room was nice and clean as well.
We Hotel was nice, sheets were clean, the bathroom needed some light repairs and updating. I am not sure if there was breakfast, I looked on my way out and saw place settings, but it looks like you had to order. Not sure if it's included in the night stay.
The stay was horrible. We called to schedule an airport pick up at 11:45am they showed up at 1:07pm after saying they would be there at 12:15pm. They didn't apologize or offer to discount anything. The driver and the man at the front desk were very unprofessional. There was no making people feel welcomed. Basically if you wanted to know anything you have to pull teeth or ask people outside the hotel. The price you pay is not worth the ran down building and poor service. Not to mention very poor breakfast options.
My husband and I checked in on Friday evening and checked out Sunday morning. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the General Manager who has the absolute best customer service skills. The entire staff was amazing and EXTREMELY accommodating through out our entire stay. The food prepared at the bistro was prepared to perfection. The room was clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly Mr. and Mrs. Chris Randolph
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms (even thru construction) are modern spacious and very cozy
