My husband and I checked in on Friday evening and checked out Sunday morning. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the General Manager who has the absolute best customer service skills. The entire staff was amazing and EXTREMELY accommodating through out our entire stay. The food prepared at the bistro was prepared to perfection. The room was clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly Mr. and Mrs. Chris Randolph
A pretty ordinary three star kind of place as of February 2018, but you can see that management is working hard to upgrade and improve it. Special shout-out to April on the front desk, whose work is outstanding. She seems to anticipate your every question or request, and has the answer ready even before you ask.
The hotel is in a good location, the staff was very polite, my room was clean, warm, and ready for me when I arrived. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was provided and it was okay. Everything in my room worked correctly (lights, TV, microwave, mini refrigerator, heat, hot water, and the telephone). I have a bad back and need a firm mattress to sleep on and the hotel beds are firm with soft comfortably pillows. My only complaint is the toilet, it a extremely LOUD.. When you flush the toilet it runs making a very loud noise. If they fix this problem, I will give it five stars.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Was told to return an hour later. Returned and watched Joe (ass. manager) be rude to guest ahead of us. Was crazy rude to us. Room was horrible (exposed wire, broken smoke detector, room was dirty, food in fridge, smelled of smoke). Went and ask to be switched. Made to wait while a guy went to check our room. Was told our room was fine, and would we like to check out? The answer was a resounding YES.
After being totally disregarded by the airlines bumping me from my flight, I was boiling upset to the point I had to pray to calm down. The customer service at this place was commendable and right on time; anything would have triggered deeper frustration at this point. Although the shuttle driver was pleasant, he was a little tardy. However, the front desk attendant, Kenyatta, displayed the epitome of empathy which eased the horrible evening of events. She was very hospitable and seemed to genuinely care for every person I observed before assisting me. To management, she's a keeper!! Please don't be stingy come raise time.
