Just dropped into this place and was pleasantly surprised to find all the fun things inside! So many cute outfits and different types of clothing: boho, hippie, trendy, etc. There was a really neat thing that is coming soon that I am excited to trya custom shop that can make shirts (like they did in malls in the late 70s/early 80s)it looks really cool. They showed sweat shirts with varsity style letters that can be ironed on. Some interesting things that I liked included an A R Workshop inside the businessso two businesses working together, a plant shop coming soon, and lots of brands from small business owners. I liked the accessories and the clothing. One last thing that was cute were two areas where customers could take photos (like backdrops) and post to social media. Im looking forward to going back when the custom shirt area opens!

There is nothing they didnt think of for this store! I learned its the concept of the ladies that own Girl Tribe in South End near Atherton Mill. Girl Supply has all woman-owned vendors under one roof offering unique selections. This place is dreamy! You have got to experience this place! Supporting local and women-owned businesses all in one shopping! This place is a must! the employees I met were super nice & ready to offer fantastic service! Next time you are in Birkdale, walk in and ENJOY!

I saw a specific dress on someone and absolutely fell in love with it. I made it my busy to locate the store and I found the dress. I was going to purchase the dress as a present for myself. It turned out that a dear friend of mine bought the dress for me and gave it to me as an early Christmas present and the gift receipt was included in case I needed to exchange for a different size. It turns out the dress is too small and I need a bigger size. I went to the store in Birkdale Village were it was purchased and unfortunately they no longer have the dress. I was told that the other location has the size or even on line could have my needed size however this location would give me a store credit that CANT be used at the other location. Now we are not talking about a $20 dress here. After tax, this dress is basically $100. Why would I accept a gift certificate to this store and then go spend another $100 for the same exact dress and a location that is linked to this store. Im very disappointed and sad that I now may have to go and alter this dress just because I dont want to put out $100 when this was a gift given to me. Beautiful items but bad customer service/company policy. Times are hard and people are just still shopping. Poor rules that effect supporting customers.

Absolutely upset with this place. I got my niece an outfit for Christmas and accidentally got one size down from what I meant to get. Of course I dont have the receipt and they wont accept any return without the receipt. Their computer system doesnt allow for them to pull up any previous transactions to help customers out. *original tags are still on the outfit, they have the size I need but refuse to do exchange for me. This is maddening to have spent $70 in store and they will not help me out. Update your systems and train employees to advise customers of such a strict policy. Dont forget we are Human and make mistakes sometimes.
