I used CLUX Rentals for my wedding sweetheart table and the incorrect table arrived at my venue instead of on my wedding day. The original table that I ordered that I requested was suppose to be available for my wedding day. My table arrived 30 minutes after my ceremony had started. Once arrived the table had minor cracks on each of the corners. CLUX advised that was the only one available and it was due for maintenance My florist covered the table with flowers so guests wouldn't see the cracks Overall, the service was okay. Even though I only rented (1) item from CLUX, it was a hassle with getting it to and from my venue. I was not impressed with the delivery logistics and the condition of my rental once delivered to the venue.

Working with Jonathan and Kylee has been such a pleasure! As a wedding planner, it's always refreshing to work with a team that can provide different floral and rental options for our couple and bring to life the final vision flawlessly. The couple opted for drapery, specialty linens and florals, all which were presented beautifully for the couple's wedding ceremony and reception at The Ritz Carlton Urban Garden. It'll be our pleasure to work hand in hand with CLUX at future weddings.

When I say AMAZING company its truly an understatement. Clux and its amazing group of employees were far over and beyond our expectations. They traveled to Michigan with staff and decor to make my mothers 90th birthday garden party a memory she and all present will never forget. It turned into a Cinderellas wonderland with beauty. When I say this company is awesome its 100 fold beyond awesome. Thanks Clux for making my Mom the 90-year-old Queen she is happy.

They are great until the day of your wedding and you can not get ahold of anyone. I had a nightmare situation this past Saturday on my wedding day. My ceremony flowers and reception flowers were delivered in different locations. My ceremony started at 3pm I did not get my flowers until after 2pm! I was stressed out! After I sent and email this past Monday. I did not and have not received a response or anything. They charged a $200 delivery fee for what? To panic and wonder what my wedding will look like without any flowers ? An email or call back would have been nice. Also my centerpieces didnt look like the picture they sent on the proposal . My sunflowers were sad and not bloomed ! I wish I could post the pictures

Jonathan and his staff are the BEST in the industry. We used them for my wedding in April and was blown away by the service and selection they had to choose from for our wedding. Our wedding was amazing. Jonathan exceeded my expectations of the florals. He took my vision and did it so well. Everyone talked about how beautiful the flowers and rentals were. If you want one of a kind florals and rentals, use C Lux for your next event! They are the BEST!
