Bartender and service was a much better experience than the rooftop upstairs. Customer service is everything, Im very pleased . Moving forward Id rather visit this bar instead.

Standard hotel restaurant. Mediocre food and slow service. Gets the job done if you're staying there and need a bite, but there are so many awesome places to eat in uptown Charlotte so why do expensive hotel chain food.

Had the privilege of visiting Craft City Sports Pub first time during one of Charlottes rather busy weeks. However, I had to take the time to express the Outstanding customer service received from the manager Felice! I arrived at the establishment around 8:30/9 after attending a cheer conference. We wanted to walk out due to the overwhelming group of people but, knew it would be crazy pretty much everywhere, so we stayed. Once we found a place to sit Felice gave eye contact and, assured us that should we be right over. Felice was incredibly friendly, attentive, and offered suggestions for me especially since I can be very picky. We had a fantastic time and will be back. Overall experience was an A+ how quickly the drinks and food were prepared especially due to the crowd of people. Thank you again Felice!

Food menu is very small but decently priced for being a restaurant in a hotel. The pool chairs and cabanas could definitely use an update. Most of The chairs are falling apart and unusable but still sitting out there for use. There are 2 grills near the pool as well but rusted and don't appear to be usable either.
