GREAT customer service as soon as I entered we were greeted. The nice lady Lisa was very pleasant and helpful with ordering. This was my first time, Lisa was patient. Thank you Mitch ended the transaction with a great smile and confirming all was great. This staff took very good care of my bestie and I. The restaurant was very clean, the fountain area was very neat and totally clean. The food was very fresh and delicious. I got the build your own bowl. The grilled chicken was moist not dry. We will definitely return. Thank you all!!

So good! I built a bowl and love the variety of options available. The staff was incredibly generous in helping make some yummy choices. Will definitely be back for another lunch on the CAVA patio. Special shout out to Shay!

Food was ok. As compared to the university location, this location does not seem to follow Cava standards. Pita is only served when someone asks for it and that too cold. If the bowl includes pita, why does the customer need to ask for it. One of the servers is always in a hurry to serve food/dips and close the lid even when there is hardly any line. I don't understand the hurry. Customers should be given the time to select and choose. University location is a great example of service and quality of Cava.

Although I only had a pick up order, I love how I was treated when I entered the store. The customer service is on point. This was my first time trying cava, but the food was so good. It was very refreshing to find a healthier restaurant. I tried falafel for the first time and it was actually really good. I will definitely come back again.

Quick, friendly service. This was our first time here and Shay and Tay were especially helpful and patient walking us through the menu and ordering process, offering samples and suggestions, and answering our many questions! Plus the food is quick and AMAZING! Will definitely be back!
